Proposed new greenfield 9 MMTPA Crude to Chemical Project by Essar, developed Off Sites & Utility requirements, Project cost estimates and prepared PFR for the project.
  Essar Oil UK: Essar Oil UK: for Developing sustainability projects such as Blue Hydrogen production unit, HVO/SAF and UCOME plants to meet UK emission norms prepared Project cost estimates and PFR of such projects..

  Essar Oil Gas Exploration Ltd.:Developed Project cost estimates and then DFR for Biofuels – Ethanol from Sugar mills, Biogas from various Bio waste.s

  M/s Deloitte Touché Tohmastu India LLP PMO to BPCL Kochi refinery: Advisor to Deloitte for project cost control of CCR, NHT and ISOM units.
  SNC Lavlin India, an engineering consultant for developing Detailed feasibility reports of refinery units in Gulf countries.

  Responsible to establish Total Installed Cost (TIC) of 21 MMTPA Refinery Project. Cost control and review of engineering to optimize the cost was part of responsibility.

   Essar Oil Ltd. in different divisions and superannuated as Vice President.

  Head mechanical engineering department. Responsible for engineering and cost estimation of the 10.5 MMTPA grass-root Refinery Project at Jamnagar.

  Associated with two Refinery projects as Engineering and Cost Control manager.

  i) Capacity expansion and quality improvement project from 10.5 MMTPA to 20 MMTPA. Established TIC of the project and Cost monitoring and control. Resource planning, scheduling and cash flow management was part of my responsibility
  ii) New refinery of 20 MMTPA. Estimated project cost and TIC of the Project
  Also attached to Chairman’s office for overall project and cost control of 10 MMTPA expansion project.

  Head of Budget and cost control department of Essar Projects and responsible for cost estimation of new proposals, engineering review, budgeting and cost control of all in-house and external projects. As a part of business development for setting up of new refinery projects responsible for review of engineering package for estimation of project cost and developing complete project execution plan.
  Also my responsibilities were to select the sites for RO and Depots, complete engineering, construction and getting all statutory clearance for ROs and commissioning.

Responsible for designing of various chemical plant equipment as per different international codes of different materials of construction like Carbon Steel all grades of Stainless Steel, Low Alloy Steel, Monel, Nickel, Aluminium, Titanium and their alloys as per ASTM, B.S., I.S. etc. Worked as a lead engineer on following major projects
